Delivery of 11000m3 of ready mixed concrete for Mitchellson. The commercial building now boasts 242,000 sq ft of office space with 11 floors. In this project we incorporated Everdure Caltite water tight concrete into the basement areas.
Lilys Walk, High Wycombe – 13000m3
Wales Farm Road, Acton – 19000m3
Delivery of 19000m3 of ready mixed concrete for Ardmore for the development of 600 student rooms and 85 PRS units within a series of buildings rising to 31-storeys incorporating Sika water tight concrete into the basement areas.
Sovereign Court, Hammersmith – 7000m3 & 13000m3
Approx 20000m3 of ready mixed concrete delivered to Keltbray Piling and Joseph Gallagher for the RC frame at Glenthorne Road Hammersmith for the construction of residential blocks consisting of 418 apartments. Lots of special mixes were used in the project, including Xypex water tight concrete into the basement areas and a C60/70 and C80/90 concrete for walls and columns.

Lakeside Drive, Park Royal – 45000m3
45000m3 of ready mixed concrete delivered for Modebest Builders for the development of approximately 500 new apartments in Park Royal. This forms part of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation’s (OPDC) £26 billion regeneration plans to create a new district in west London. In this project we incorporated Hydrocele water tight concrete to basements and car parking areas.
Slough Power Station – 800m3
800m3 of ready mixed concrete delivered for Keltbray. We supplied Heavy weight concrete to cover the large high voltage cabling and C32/40 with Novocon HE 1060 steel fibres .
